Push and Pull

It is amazing how life can turn around just overnight. By overnight it could refer to a twenty-four hour cycle, or a change happened so fast that before you can realize it you are already done with the process. To the generation born after 1980s, our lives are constantly passing through transitions. From rapid economic development to the clash between classic and pop cultures or from the faith in tradition to acceptance of globalization, we walk in non-linear fashion. And suddenly, when we are standing at the end of the first decade of 21 century, the future looks as obscure as promising. There are myriad number of possibilities, yet every single one of them seems out of reach. When the pain can't be healed by the medicine of hope mingled with frustration, the only way out is to walk the walk even we don't have a clear destination. I can't help wondering: are we the generation that will really make a lot of differences, or are we just having too much expections to ourselves?
